PERSONALITY
Robert Scorpio is a man who's seen and done it all. He's cares about the people in his life, his friends and most of all his family, including one of his former flames, Anna Devane. He has the thrill of adventure going to different places around the world back in his WSB espionage days. Whenever he's in a bad mood or making love to the woman he cares about the most, it's better not to disturb him or you'll get your ass kicked. At times when one of his relatives or friends are in hurt, he's always there for help to save them from the evil that lurks in the shadow. Robert loves Chinese food for dinner, and can be obsessed with capturing bad guys on cases.

HISTORY
In 1981, Robert Scorpio arrived at Port Charles to follow Luke Spencer around, trying to locate the diamonds of the Ice Princess. He disguised himself as playboy financier who wanted the diamond for financial reasons, but then revealed himself as a WSB agent to Luke and Laura so that he can uncover the Ice Princess before The Cassadine Family got it. He, Luke and Laura took on Mikkos Cassadine and defeated him and his henchmen by getting back The Ice Princess. Robert was Luke's best man at the wedding of Luke and Laura. He resigned from the WSB and became commissioner of Port Charles Police. When Laura was presumed to be dead, drowned in the Port Charles River one night and died, he met Holly Sutton but later on, Luke was presumed dead in the middle of an avalanche. Holly learned to be pregnant with Luke's child and about to be deported to England but Robert married Holly so that she can stay in the US, then the two fell in love! When Luke came back and found out, the two were estranged but patched up their differences. In Robert's past, two people former WSB agents, Anna Devane and Sean Donely came back to his life. Sean came to town after Luke was in Mexico on some shady business which ruined their friendship. Anna also came ruining Roberts marriage to Holly ; who at the time was unaware that Robert married Anna in the past. Robert learned from Anna that she gave birth to their daughter Robin after the divorce, so Robert and Robin bonded and forgave Anna for their daughters sake including Sean Donely who saved his life. He moved to Australia with Holly but came back to PC for good because Holly died in a plane crash in Australia.
He became a PI but got his old job as Port Charles Police commissioner. Robert dated other women like Cheryl Stansbury, his friend Tiffany's sister, and pianist Katherine Delafield. Bobbie asked Robert to be the godfather for her adopted son Lucas but then Cheryl came back told him he was the father of her baby, who ended up being Bobbie's adopted son Lucas, his godson. Robert had a paternity test done which revealed he wasn't Lucas biological father. Robert and Anna realized that they still had feelings for each other despite what happened years ago during their divorced. Robert's long lost brother Mac returned to Port Charles for revenge. Robert blamed Mac for the death of their parents as a result of a plane crash because Mac was piloting the plane and Robert believed he was careless and accused him of leaving him there to die so he could run away. The two fought back and forth including one time when Robert almost died because of an explosive device thrown into his office but he recovered! Mac saved saved Robert's life by killing a hit-man who shot at Robert as the two resolved their differences. Robert and Anna married, then lived in a house with a teenaged Robin. Cesar Faison former head of the DVX returned, kidnapping Anna and almost Robin. Robert was shocked when Holly showed up alive at a NYC Party. Holly revealed that she never got on that plane ; ending up in England helping her corrupt family. Robert left Robin in the care of Mac and Holly while he went out to search for Anna but the WSB informed everyone that Robert, Anna and Faison were killed in a boat explosion in South America which left everyone devastated including Robin.
Robert then turned up after being presumed dead for nearly fifteen years and shocked everybody in Port Charles when he made an appearance, mostly affecting his daughter Robin and brother Mac. A deadly virus started to affect the city of Port Charles and with Mac's permission Robert was given permission to quarantine General Hospital. Robert, Luke, Jason and Carly teamed up to find the solution and they did. After that, he and Robin worked out some of their issues as father and daughter.

Waking up in the morning, I take a look at the time, 7:00 P.M. That was the perfect time for me to get up and get ready for this big day. Me and Detective Julia Ramos and the Peru Police Department are ready to take down Juan and Jose, Peru's biggest criminals. These two have gone out of the way to put the people they love and care about to do their dirty work for them, blackmail and all the above ; today is dedicated to all those who have been a victim because of these two, their reign of terror ends right here right now. After getting out of bed, going into the bathroom taking a shower and drying off, I get those chills in my stomach, the butterflies, that's what happens when going on a mission like this for the WSB or another organization where you take on the world's toughest criminals and kingpins. Since joining the WSB years ago, it will always be like a home to me and that will never change. It's the adrenaline rush that gets you pumped up going out and giving it your best. I love that feeling but I couldn't keep my eye off the goal for today. Putting on new clothes and shoes, everything is set, I just need one more thing ; my holster as I put it on and the gun I have, putting it on in there as well. I walk out the door and down the hallway.
As I stop to the elevator, I pressed the button to go down and it opens as I walk in. The doors close but I hear my cell phone ring. Getting it out I answer it. Hello?, I ask the person whos calling me. It's me Julia. Good morning she said to me and I smiled. Good morning to you too detective. Ready for the big day?, I ask her and still there's the adrenaline rush in my body but doesnt bother me that much. You know it! , she said and I can hear the excitement in her voice. So whats the plan for today? I ask her. First, I was able to get a warrant out on Jose and Juans Mansions, so we can break in there and find Jose first, then Juan, she said as I nodded my head, continuing to listen. But we should be prepared because you never know what to expect when it comes to these two. I bet that they have their own associates aka thugs lurking in the shadows, I said and thats the truth. You need to always be ready and expect the unexpected because anything can do down. Dont worry Robert, its not just you and me, well have back up. Four of our finest in the Peru police department will help us out, she said.
Good, are you coming by to the hotel im out or should I come over to the Peru Police Department?, I ask and I didnt mind if she came over and picked me up, the only thing that mattered was capturing these guys. Im coming over right now Robert. Wait at the front and i'll pick you up ,she said as the elevator stopped and opened to the first floor. Alright, sounds good, i'll wait up for you, I said walking out of the elevator and putting my cell phone away. I haven't had anything to eat for breakfast, i'm not in the mood for a big meal since this is big mission im working on. So I go inside the snack store and buy a strawberry pop tart. Coming out of the store I open up the wrapper and start eating quickly, it taste good but now is not the time to save the flavor in my mouth. Then I see the Julia pull up in the front as I walk out and open to the door to her car. Hey Julia, I said greeting her. Hi Robert. I have the four policemen in their cars following us, so were good. You ready?, she asks me and a smirk comes upon my face. You damn right I am, lets do this, I said as Julia started her car and were off!
There were sounds of sirens going from not only the police cars but including Julias as well, which meant that everyone got out of the way from where were driving down the streets. When I was in other parts of law enforcement back in the day, this is what I always expected. Finally, we were at Joses big mansion and boy does this guy like to spend well with all the money he has. Me, Julia and the four police officers got out of the cars and looked into our surroundings, then drawing out our guns. It was quiet, way too quiet. We walked quietly and walked up to the door. Peru Police Department we have a warrant for your arrest! This is Detective Julia Ramos! Open the door and come out with your hands up!, she yelled but after a few minutes, there was no answer, meaning one thing. Allow me!, I said kicking down the door as me the officers ran into the place with our guns high in the air, it was now or never.
