Aria has sort of two personalities. Her past - Bitchy, demanding, high maintenance model. She knew she had the “it girl” image. On shoots she would act all high and mighty, that she was from a wealthy family and that she was the model and you were to do as you were told. She was a big time party girl, always the center of attention. High, drunk, dancing on tables, leading on every guy, even the ones who had no chance.

Being told she was a disgrace to her family and shipped off, gave her a good wake up call. She’s coming to Port Charles as a “new” person. She wants to remain low key, just a simple, nice new girl, who’s all smiles and easy to get along with. She always has been and will remain confident about herself, trust worthy to people close to her or who become close, and still a flirt, charming those boys, but never misleading them.

HISTORY ♥

Aria was raised in a wealthy family right in the heart of New York city. Her mother was a successful clothing designer and her father a even more successful businessman that was never around. She was basically raised by nannies and matured quickly for her age. Her mother being high into fashion placed Aria in modeling right as a baby. She grew up working long hours, surrounded by cameras and bitchy demanding people.

Her environment basically became her home. She picked up every trait of the trade, both good and bad. She knew exactly how to woo people into getting precisely what she wanted. On cue she could be the sweetest girl or the biggest bitch, anything that would nail her the next big photo shoot. She gradually built her way up, made it through the awkward teen years and had developed into a beautiful sixteen year old, right before she hit rock bottom. The other models quickly became her new “best friends.” First the liquor, the parties, the smoking, then the weed. Her life began to spiral out of control. She dropped out of high school for awhile and began to lose her modeling gigs. It took awhile for her parents to notice but once they did, it was off to boarding school for her graduating year. They were not to have their daughter disgrace their family and everything they had worked for.

She struggled at first, the parties and drinking still continue on a social scale, but the drugs completely stopped. She cleaned up and slowly got her life back on track. She did the occasional photo shoot here and there but nothing big.

On the last day of school she packed up her bags and realized there was nothing for her back home anymore. Her family barely talked to her, simply sent her money here and there, she had no friends, no boyfriend. She needed a change, to become someone new with no messy past. She remembered reading about her favorite model and idol Brenda Zacchara, and something about a small town called Port Charles. Aria figured if it was good enough for Brenda, it was good enough for her. Besides, a small town shes never heard of sounded perfect for a fresh start.

I slowly stepped off the bus and stretched out my arms. That ride was way to long and way to gross. Some old habits die hard, I was still used to my first class lifestyle, not crammed at the back of a bus, next to a smelly old man, snoring and drooling next to me. I grabbed my backpack and threw it over my left shoulder, it was pretty sad when you could pack your entire life into one bag. I took in a deep breath and let out a small sigh “So this is Port Charles?” I whispered to myself under my breath.

I looked to my left, then to my right. Here I was, in some small town, with hardly any money, not knowing a single person and having no clue where to go. “What the hell was I thinking!?” I asked myself. I was a New York City girl and definitely knew how to take care of myself, but this now seemed like a totally crazy and stupid idea. I looked back at the bus station, I could still go back if I wanted to...

“Excuse me miss? you look lost” I quickly jumped, startled by the voice of someone else. “Umm...” I hesitated at first, but I knew I had come too far and had nothing to go back to “Yeah, do you know anywhere I could rent a room for cheap?” I asked the stranger standing in front of me. “You must be new here? There’s a place called Kellys down the street and to your right, they offer rooms upstairs for minimal cost” he replied. I thanked him then continued on my journey in the direction he pointed me.

I came across the small diner, and sure enough, the man was right. Two signs were posted on the window “Rooms for Rent” and even a “Help Wanted” sign, perfect, I could kill two birds with one stone. I walked up to one of the waitresses behind the counter and asked for a room and application. She took me upstairs and gave me a small tour of the room. It was basic, a bed, a window, a bathroom. Definitely not like my room back home, but it would do for the time being. I took the keys, thanked her then followed her back downstairs. I took a seat at a small table in the corner waiting for my coffee as I began to fill out the application.

She sounds like a great character and I'm interested to see what she'll bring to Port Charles. Maybe one of the more innocent people in Port Chuckles can help her clean up her act. Of course, the others
can easily help her keep it up, if that's what she wants.

Poor girl, moving from NYC to PC. Let's hope she can handle it.

Like before, wait for another admin or wait two days if you don't hear anything from anyone else. My opinion's the only one that matters, anyway.

Lies. My opinion is the one that matters the most Aria sounds like a really interesting character. I love her history, personality and sample post. She sounds like she'll fit into Port Charles perfectly. She's a great addition. I can't wait to see her in action. I also love that you used Nina Dobrev. Love her <3 I approve
